Mountain View Physical Therapy is located in the Bergen Village Shopping Center, in Evergreen, Colorado.
- From Highway 70, take the Evergreen Parkway exit and continue approximately 2 miles to Bergen Parkway (light).
- Turn left and follow the road around to the next traffic light.
- Turn left.
- Make an immediate right past McDonald's. Follow the road around to the right and take the first left into the lower level entrance to Building E.
- Make an immediate left and park anywhere in front of Mountain View Physical Therapy.
