Meet our Fitness Instructors

The staff and instructors at Mountain View Physical Therapy and New Fitness Studio provide fitness Pilates, Yoga and Personal Training in an upbeat and friendly atmosphere. Our instructors are seasoned exercise enthusiasts who put your safety first . You will develop strength, flexibility, improved posture and balance, and have more energy! We can help you rehabilitate after an injury, get in shape for a sport or athletic endeavor, or just look and feel better. Individual fitness programs can be designed to focus on your special needs.

Lynette Appelhans
Pilates instructor

Connie Gabrielli
Connie has practiced Pilates for over 10 years. She recently attained her certification as a mat Pilates instructor through AAAI and ISMA. Connie has been living in Evergreen for 18 years, and now works at Mountain View Physical Therapy.

Valerie Gluth PT
Valerie is a Physical Therapist and owner of Mountain View Physical Therapy, established in 1995. She is a certified Pilates instructor through internationally recognized Polestar Education in Rehabilitation and Fitness. Valerie has been teaching mat Pilates and Reformer classes in the Evergreen community for over 12 years, and practicing Physical Therapy for 31 years.

Beverly Moss
Beverly has a Masters Degree in Public Health from the University of South Carolina. She served as the Regional Director for Continental Heath Promotion, Inc., in Richmond, VA and was in charge of the State of Virginia’s wellness program as well as the Dupont Corporation’s program. She moved to Colorado and became one of the Wellness Director’s for Coors. Beverly has taught fitness classes to a wide range of patient populations i.e.; USC football team, Hilton Head Health Institute’s clientele, insurance companies and private and public fitness clubs across the country.

Caryl Rutledge
Caryl graduated from Arapahoe Community College with an Associate of Applied Science degree in the Physical Therapy Assistant program. Caryl has special interest in working with the elderly. She has attended special interest courses in Senior care rehabilitation, on treatments for the shoulder, foot and ankle.

Tracy Saraduke, R.N., M.Ac., Lic.Ac.
Tracy is a certified level 5 Trainer of Meridian Flexibility/Resistance Stretching® since 2006. She is also a Licensed Acupuncturist, practicing in the Evergreen community for the past 14 years ,as well as a certified instructor of the Buteyko Breathing Method. Tracy has been a full-time health care professional for 25 years.

Janice Smith
Janice is a Pilates instructor at Mountain View Physical Therapy. She has been teaching Pilates for the past 9 years and brings a wealth of experience working with the senior population as well as fitness for all age groups.

Lanette Vogel PT
Lanette has been working in the Evergreen community as a Physical Therapist for the past 20 years. She was certified as a Pilates Instructor in 2001 through Polestar Education. Lanette currently works with patients and Pilates clients at Mountain View Physical Therapy, teaching mat and Reformer classes. Lanette also facilitates an ACL prevention program at Evergreen High School and with Club soccer and basketball teams through Mountain View Physical Therapy. Lanette loves to participate in recreational activities with her family including weight training, running, snowboarding, skiing and waterskiing.

Vanessa Wertham

Susan Wescott
Susan has worked in the health club industry for well over 20 years. A native of Massachusetts she is certified in aerobics, personal training and yoga. She was a senior manager of an 8000 member health club and has organized over 80 fitness classes a week, been coordinator of road races, recreational sports leagues and the director of a competitive soccer program. Susan, her husband and three children have fallen in love with the Colorado lifestyle. Susan loves teaching Yoga’s benefits to all who are interested.
