Intermediate Class
This is a fast paced class appropriate for those familiar with Pilates mat exercises. This class goes beyond the basics and progresses core strength and stability by utilizing advanced exercise along with props such as the Pilates flex circle, rolls, small ball, gliding discs and weights. Be prepared for a dynamic and fun workout!

Beginner Class
This class is for those who are new to Pilates, or who would like to work at a slower pace. It is also appropriate for those with physical issues involving the back, neck and peripheral joints. (Please inform your instructor of your particular issues) This class does progress quickly once the basics of breathing and proper form are attained.

Pilates + HardCore Bar

This is a fast-paced class which combines Pilates - strengthening the "powerhouse" (abdominals, gluteals, and low back), HardCore Bar for lower extremity, core, and balance work, upoer body strengthening with weights and tubing, and stretching to lengthen the muscles. These are intermediate to advanced movements which can be modified for individual clients by the instructor.

Pilates + Strength + Balance

Instructor: Lanette Vogel PT
This is a beginning/intermediate class and available for clients who are transitioning from rehabilitatin into a fitness class. This class includes Pilates - strengthening the “powerhouse”, (abdominals, gluteals and low back), upper body strengthening with weights and tubing, and lower body strengthening and balance at the ballet bar. There is stretching throughout the class to lengthen the muscles. The instructor will modify the exercises as needed.

Beginning Pilates

Instructor: Janice Smith
This class is designed for those who have no mat Pilates experience, or would enjoy working at a slower and more concise pace. It is also a great complement to your at-home Pilates video workout. Working with an Instructor can fine tune form and provide a better understanding of the Pilates moves. Emphasis is placed on form, alignment and breathing, allowing the student to receive the most from the hour long workout.

Please bring your own mat.

Basic Pilates

Instructor: Connie Gabrielli
This class is suitable for those who are new to Pilates, and for those who want to learn the basic fundamentals of mat Pilates. This class will move at a slower pace, with emphasis on developing proper form and breathing techniques. You will develop a strong and stable core, as well as develop awareness of what the “core” needs in order to stabilize the spine. This class will use balls, bands and rolls along with traditional Pilates principals for a fun basic workout.
