What to bring:

Please bring a mat, towel and water to class. Please bring a ball for classes that use large exercise balls. Mats, balls, and water are available for purchase at the studio.

For all classes:

Please come to class well hydrated, and be sure to drink plenty of water after class, as you need it. We recommend that you avoid eating right before class. However, if you need to eat before class begins, make it light.

Class Pricing:

Mat rentals: $3 per session | Punch cards: Save $30! $100 for 10 classes, valid 90 days from date of first class. | Drop-in: $13 per session.
