What to bring:
Please bring a mat, towel and water to class. Please bring a ball for classes using large exercise balls. Mats, balls, and water are available for purchase at the studio. Water bottles must have lids that close for the classroom.
For all classes:
Please come to class well hydrated, and be sure to drink plenty of water after class, as you need it. We recommend that you avoid eating right before class. However, if you need to eat before class begins, make it light.
