Lanette Vogel, PT

Lanette graduated with a degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in 1990. Lanette specializes in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy treating a variety of conditions including spine, extremity dysfunctions, and balance disorders. Lanette has also completed the Balance Body method of Pilates through Polestar Education in 2001. She has taught Pilates mat classes and currently teaches individual Pilates reformer sessions emphasizing core strengthening and flexibility for rehabilitation and fitness. Caryl graduated from Arapahoe Community College with an Associate of Applied Science degree in the Physical Therapy Assistant program. Caryl has special interest in working with the elderly. She has attended special interest courses in Senior care rehabilitation, on treatments for the shoulder, foot and ankle.

Liz Deville

Liz Deville has a Masters Degree in Dance, directed her own dance academy andodern dance company in Denver for 20 years, taught at Metropolitan State College for 20 years as an adjunct professor, was the Wellness Director at Evergreen Fitness for 18 years.Liz has been teaching Pilates for 7 years. She was a leader in dance injury prevention and has coached with both men and women in dance, weight training, skating, and basic reconditioning. She is currently a competitive country ballroom dancer and uses Pilates for her physical foundation to support and improve her dance technique.

Janice Smith is a Pilates Instructor at Mountain View Physical Therapy. She has been teaching Pilates for the past eight years and brings a wealth of experience working with the senior population as well as fitness for all age groups. Janice is available for private Pilates sessions on the Reformer and Reformer classes at Mountain View Physical Therapy. "I love seeing people take responsibility for their health. It's exhilirating for me to be a part of their learning and success through Pilates.
