Resisted Stretch

Instructors:  Tracy Saraduke and Valerie Gluth
Resisted Stretch is a fusion of flexibility, strength training and core work.  During Resisted Stretch the muscles are being contracted and lengthened simultaneously.  You use your own body to provide resistance, thus the muscles are taken only as far as you can resist, keeping the stretches safe and effective.

This is a 10 session class.  You will learn 17 self-stretches that you can perform independently once the class is completed.  Resisted Stretch is appropriate for people of all ages, abilities and fitness levels as the resistance is tailored to fit your own needs.

Please bring a mat. Mats are available for purchase at the studio.
